This Court Receiver's Report seeks the following directions : (a) What steps the Court Receiver should take as no offers are received after publication of Public Notice on 9th May 2025 for sale of flat No.B-205 and although Ld. Advocate for Plaintiff had informed that he will apply for appropriate order of Hon'ble Court for sale by private treaty, no order in that regard is communicated ?
(b) Cost of this report may be quantified at Rs.5,000/- and Plaintiff Society may be directed to deposit the said amount with the Court Receiver. Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

When the matter is called out, it is pointed out to this Court that earlier two auctions have failed and that is why since no offers have been received pursuant to the publication of public notice dated 9th May 2025 for sale of Flat No.B-205 situated in the building known as D.N. Nagar, "Deep" Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053, directions have been sought from this Court to sell the said flat through private treaty. 3.
However, after having perused the report and having heard the learned Counsel, this Court is of the view that let one more attempt be made for sale by public auction. Accordingly, the Court Receiver to take steps to take out an appropriate report seeking directions with respect to the same within a period of six weeks. 4.
Let the costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Court Receiver be paid as per prayer clause (b) within a period of two weeks. 5.
