2/3 COURT RECEIVER REPORT NO.302 OF 2025 1.
Since the Court Receiver, as in the captioned report, has sought the following substantive directions:
"a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to discharge the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay without passing accounts and the plaintiff may be directed to pay the costs, charges and the expenses of the Court Receiver within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court ;
(b) Costs of this report may be fixed at Rs.5,000/- and the plaintiff be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay;" 2.
Ms. Singhania, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff, at the outset submits that the Receiver can be discharged, as she fairly submits that none of the material which is alleged to be confidential was found by the Receiver in the devices which were seized by the Court Receiver. Hence, in the circumstances, the Receiver stands discharged without passing of accounts. The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Applicant/Plaintiff undertakes to make payment of all necessary costs, charges and expense.

The Court Receiver's Report is disposed of.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 6938 OF 2025 4.
Ms. Singhania has tendered a list of the various interlocutory applications which are pending. She submits that before Notice of Motion No.554 of 2019 can be taken up for hearing, Chamber Summons No.246 of 2019, insofar as interlocutory Interim Application No.35318 of 2024 is concerned, may be taken up.
