In paragraph 19 of the said Report, it is stated that the 1/2

203-CRR-337-25-S-99-88.doc Court Receiver has complied with the order dated 3rd July 2025 by publishing public notice on 28th July 2025 calling upon Mr. Adyakikar Lalitprasad Mishra to appear before the Court Receiver on 5th August 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Further, it is stated in paragraph 20 of the Report that in response to the public notice, Mr. Adyakikar Lalitprasad Mishra did not remain present before the Court Receiver on the scheduled date and time.

The Court Receiver has sought direction in this Report with regard to taking back possession of the suit flat from the person found in possession thereof, as the original Plaintiff No. 1 / Agent of the Court Receiver has expired. Further, consequential relief has been sought with regard to the suit flat.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs states that the Suit is likely to be settled.

Accordingly, the Suit along with Court Receiver's Report is stood over to 18th September 2025 at 3:00 p.m. [R.I. CHAGLA J.] 2/2
