The Court Receiver has filed this Report seeking directions with respect to the demand towards outstanding bills/charges received from the Ajanta Ideal Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. in respect of Flat no.2 on the 8th floor of the said society building.

Considering that by a separate order passed today, the said flat ------------------------------------- Order dated 6th April 2026

26-A. CRR 424.2025 Shashipal Shankar vs. Feroza Chavda has been sold to a successful bidder who is directed to make payment of the entire bid amount, on or before 7th May 2026, it would be appropriate that this Report should also be placed on board on 7th May 2026. 3.

In the meantime, the Society should consider revising the demand that is made on the Court Receiver, in which the Society has claimed interest at the rate of 21% per annum. The concerned Authorized Officer/Honorary Secretary/Chairman or any other office bearer of the Society should remain present in Court on the next occasion, viz., 7th May 2026 together with a revised working of the total amount that is claimed by them in respect of the said flat.
