The Defendant submits to the decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the plaint. The statement made in the consent terms is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

The Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the plaint.

Refund of court fees as per rules.

Court Receiver's report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of eight days from the date of demand being raised by the Court Receiver.

The Interim Application (L) No.22060 of 2025 does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
