This Court Receiver's Report has been listed today in view of the order dated 15th October 2025 with respect to the public auction of Flat No. B-205 in D.N. Nagar "Deep" Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Andheri (West), Mumbai-400 053 (the, "said flat"). 2.

Ms. Chourasia, appearing for the plaintiff and Ms. Deshpande, First Assistant to the Court Receiver submit that no bids have been received with respect to the said flat.

Ms. Deshpande, First Assistant to the Court Receiver Office submits that this Court Receiver's Report has therefore been taken out This order is corrected as per speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20.11.2025 varsha

(A) What steps the Court Receiver should take as the Court Receiver has not received any offer/bid despite third attempt made to sell Suit Flat No. B-205 by public auction; (B) The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the plaintiff-society to deposit the cost charges as per order dated 15th October, 2025 forthwith;

(C) Cost of this report may be quantified at Rs.5000/-and Plaintiff Society may be directed to deposit the said amount with the Court Receiver.

Having perused the Report and considering that no bids have been received despite a third attempt made to sell the said flat by public auction, the Court Receiver, High Court Bombay is directed to, after a period of 30 days, place before this Court another Court Receiver's Report seeking appropriate direction for the sale of the said flat by Public Auction /Private Treaty.

Plaintiff Society is directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- in respect of this Report and Rs. 5000/- in respect of Court Receiver's No. 446 of 2025, if not already deposited, within a period of two weeks. 6.
