The Court Receiver has sought discharge in this matter. The Court Receiver informs that copy of Court Receiver's Report has been supplied to the learned Advocate for the petitioner on his email id available with the office of Court Receiver. Despite such service of Report, none present for the petitioner.

In this matter, the Court Receiver was directed to take possession of certain assets and hand it over to the petitioner. It is mentioned in the Court Receiver's Report that the Court Receiver has duly executed the order of this Court on 15/09/2025.

Considering these circumstances and reasons stated in the Court Receiver's Report, the Court Receiver's Report deserves to be allowed in Ashish

2/2 940 CRR 526-25.doc terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus: "a)This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to discharge the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay without passing account and petitioner may be directed to pay the cost, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver;

b) The cost of this report may be fixed at Rs.5,000/- and the Court Receiver be permitted to deduct the same from balance available in the suit account;"
