The applicant herein has filed this application seeking recall of order dated 30.08.2019 passed by this Court to the extent of certain by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

observations made in the context of the applicant. The applicant has prayed for deletion of such observations as they were likely to adversely affect his service.

Since the applicant has now retired from service, he does not wish to pursue this application. He is present in Court in person and he has made such request to this Court. Hence, the application is disposed of as not pressed.
Official Liquidator's Report No. 201 of 2019: 3.
On the last occasion, Ms. Chavan, the learned Additional Government Pleader had tendered the status report in respect of Crime Register No.341 of 2020 and the same was taken on record. 4.
Today also, the learned AGP has apprised this Court about the status of the proceedings before the Magistrate. 5.
This Court is informed that the trial has effectively begun as witness summons were sent to the first witness (complainant). On 04.01.2025, the proceedings were adjourned to 04.02.2025, when the recording of evidence of the said witness would be commenced. 6.
Since the trial has already commenced, this Court directs the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate, 68th Court, Borivali West, to expedite the proceedings.

No further orders would be necessary on this aspect of the matter. In view of the above, the present Official Liquidator's Report is disposed of.

The learned counsel for the official liquidator informs this Court that the Official Liquidator's Report contemplated in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 24.10.2024, has now been filed and numbered as Official Liquidator's Report No.2 of 2025. 9.
