The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions : "a) In view of para (9) & (10) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a chartered Accountant from the panel of the Official Liquidator for scrutinizing/adjudicating and preparation of the list of claim to be admitted/rejected in respect of the Company (In Liqn.) with professional fees as per scale of fees decided by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26/04/2023 passed in Official Liquidator Report No. 51 of 2023."
