The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of para (9) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a Chartered Accountant from the panel available with the Official Liquidator as approved by this Hon'ble Court and avail the services of panel Chartered Accountant for the purpose of scrutinizing/adjudicating and preparation of the list of claims to be admitted/rejected in respect of the Company (In Liqn.) and pay the professional fees as per scale of fees decided by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07/02/2020 passed in OLR No. 35 of 2020 from funds lying in the credit of the Company (In Liqn.)"
