The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions:- "a) In view of para 10 of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to continue to avail the service of S. P. Sakhala & Company for work of audit of three Common Pool Fund Accounts i.e. CPF - Company Paid Staff Salary Reserve Fund A/c., CPF - Office Expenses A/c. and CPF - Printing & Stationary A/c for the Financial Years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 at the rate of ₹45,000/- per year exclusive of taxes."

b) If the prayer (a) above is affirmative, in view of para (10), whether this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment to S. P. Sakhala & Company, as per bills/quotation raised by them from the fund of the Common Pool Fund Staff Salary Reserve Fund Account, subject to deduction of TDS at prevailing rate if any." Sairaj 1 of
