The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of para (11) of the report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of Rs. 60,000/- to Adv. Shanay Shah towards his professional fees/charges and payment of further bills as and when raised by him, from funds are lying to the credit of the company (in Liqn.) subject to deduction of TDS at prevailing rate." 2.
