Learned counsel appearing for Official Liquidator submits that the directions are sought for ratification of appointment of Counsel as well as for payment of professional charges. She submits that considering the urgency and legal issues involved, the services of the Advocates and the Counsels were availed and the Counsels and Advocate had represented the Official Liquidator for which the professional charges have been raised and which is required to be paid. 2.

In light of the explanation which is tendered in Paragraph No. 5 of the Official Liquidator's report, report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
