Learned counsel appearing for Official Liquidator submits that directions are sought for ratification of appointment of counsel as well as for payment of professional charges. She submits that considering the urgency and legal issues involved, services of Advocates and Counsels were availed and Counsels and Advocates had represented the Official Liquidator for which the professional charges have been raised and which is required to be paid.

In light of the explanation which is tendered in Paragraph No. 3 and 4 of the Official Liquidator's report, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).
