The Official Liquidator Report seeks the following directions:- "a) In view of para (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the official Liquidator to extend the time of the dividend account for a further period of 6 months from the date of order of this present report."

Mr. Sheth would submit that disbursement of dividend to the workers is taking time as in the interregnum, some of the workers have expired and the legal heirs have to be identified for disbursement of dividend. He submits that 523 workers have discharged their notices of payment till 20th June, 2024 and 445 workers have received their payment and payments of only 78 workers could not be released before the expiry of dividend account on 20th December, 2024 and seeks extension.
