The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions:- "a) In view of para (9) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass necessary orders and direct the Official Liquidator regarding payment to the amount being claimed to the panel Chartered Accountant for the part professional fees Rs. 28,80,625/- due from Financial Year 2018-19 to Financial Year 2024-25 for calculation of advance tax as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;
b) In view of para (10) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay all the further payment to the panel Chartered Accountant as and when bills are received after completion of the assignment as per the prescribed fees."

Learned counsel appearing for Official Liquidator submits that the Chartered Accountant was appointed for filing the returns. She submits that the communication was received on 27th January, 2025 from the panel Chartered Accountant raising the professional charges for calculation of the advance tax of company in liquidation and that Sairaj 1 of
14 OLR-19-2025.doc returns were only filed for thirty companies, but the Chartered Accountant had conducted the work for approximately 300 companies four times a year. She would further point out calculation in Paragraph No. 8.
