The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of para (13) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Mr. Aviral Saxena, Advocate to plead the matter i.e. Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s), 764-765 of 2020 before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India on behalf of Official Liquidator;
b) In view of para (14) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay Rs.1,26,000/- to Mr. Aviral Saxena, Advocate of Supreme Court of India being the appearance and filing reply before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the matter i.e. Special Leave Petition (Civil) No(s). 764-765 of 2020, out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (in Liqn.) or from the Office Expenses subject to reimbursement of the same with 12% interest p.a. and subject to deduction of TDS/GST;
c) In view of para (15) supra, whether this Hon'ble Court Sairaj 1 of
15 OLR-20-2025.doc would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay fees of Mr. Aviral Saxena, Advocate of Supreme Court of India against the invoice/ bill as and when received by the office of the Official Liquidator from Mr. Aviral Saxena, Advocate of Supreme Court of India, out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (In Liqn.) or from the Office Expenses subject to reimbursement of the same with 12% interest p.a. and subject to deduction of TDS/GST."

Having heard learned counsel for Official Liquidator and upon perusal of the explanation which has been given in Paragraph No. 13 of the Report, the Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of directions (a), (b) and (c).
