The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions. "a) In view of para (4) and (5) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in engaging / availing services of Advocate Aviral Saxena to act, appear and plead before Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on behalf of the Official Liquidator in respect of the Varun Global Limited (In Liquidation);

b) In view of paras (6) (7) and (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of Rs.60,000/- (as mentioned in tabular data of para 6 supra) towards professional charges for Appearance before Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Principal sa_mandawgad 1 of

30 olr 22-25 Bench, New Delhi which are raised by Advocate Aviral Saxena, subject to deduction of TDS as applicable, from the funds that are available in the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) ; And c) For such other and further directions as this Hon'ble . Court may deem fit and proper."

The services of the concerned Advocate was availed for the purpose of appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi. 3.

Considering that the professional services were availed by the Official Liquidator, the OLR is allowed in terms of the prayer Clauses (a) and (b).
