The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "(a) In view of para (20) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a panel valuer to carry out fresh inventory and valuation of the movable assets of the Company (In Liquidation) lying in the premises situated at Unit No. 203/B, Second Floor, VIP Plaza, Veera Industrial Estate, Off. Andheri-Malad Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 058;

(b) If prayer clause (a) above is in affirmative, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the professional fees of the said valuer out of the sale proceeds of the movable assets of the Company (In Liquidation) after deduction of applicable taxes." 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Official Liquidator submits that the Valuer is required for valuation of the movable assets of the Sairaj 1 of

16 OLR-24-2025.doc Company as the immovable assets of the Company were permitted to be sold and movable assets have to be removed and sold and for the said purpose, the movable assets have to be valued. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for Official Liquidator and upon perusal of the explanation tendered in the report, report is allowed in terms of directions (a) and (b).
