The Official Liquidator Report seeks the following direction; "a) In view of para (5) & (6) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Official Liquidator to withhold Rs.2,29,008/- towards 9 duplicate entries and Rs.2,78.679/- as multiple entries in Certified list and Supplementary list from the sum available for transfer to Registrar of Companies Under Section 555 of Companies Act, 1956." 2.
Heard Mr. Khan, who submits that the present Report is necessitated on account of the fact that there are several duplicate entries for the workmen of Areeb
2/2 37-OLR-29-2025 (OS).DOC the Company in liquidation namely W.G. Forge & Allied Industries Ltd., who have filed their respective claims before the Official Liquidator. 3.
Mr. Khan has invited my attention to Paragraph No. 5 of the Official Liquidator Report, which sets out the details of such duplicate entries. He has also tendered Affidavit of service in compliance with previous order passed by this Court, which shows that three of the workmen have been duly served and the packets have been left in respect of the other five. 4.
Having due regard to the submissions made, the Report in my view would have to be allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a'. In the event, there is any inadvertent inclusion or omission of any workmen, the workmen are always at liberty to apply.

The Report is accordingly disposed of.
