The Official Liquidator has by way of the present Official Liquidator Report sought the following reliefs :- (a) In view of para (4) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a valuer for preparation of inventory and valuation of the movable assets of the 1/2

12-olr30-25.doc company (In Provisional Liquidation) lying in the premises situated at Mantri Royal Phase I & II, Survey No.15/7, Mallasundra Village, Uttarhalli, Hobli, South Taluka-Kanakapura, Banglore;

(b) If prayer clause (a) above is in affirmative, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment to the said valuer towards the professional fees for valuation of movables, out of the funds available to the credit of the company (In Provisional Liquidation) after deduction of applicable taxes, if any;

And (c) For such other and further directions as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator and having perused the Official Liquidator Report, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 3.
