2.1 Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that before these Applications can be considered, the Official Liquidator is required to verify as to whether the entire consideration has been paid by the third party flat purchasers and for the said purpose, the office of Official Liquidator will require bank statements. He would further submit that in most of these Applications there was some balance consideration due and payable to the vendors, which would come to the Official Liquidator upon the winding up order being passed.
2.2 Let the office of Official Liquidator address a communication to the Advocates for the Applicants calling upon them to submit bank statements along with an affidavit in order to demonstrate that the entire consideration has been paid.

He submits that the Application appears to be for ratification of the Conveyance Deed which has been executed with the company under liquidation. He submits that the Official Liquidator will have to verify whether the entire consideration is paid, and appropriate directions may be issued in that regard.
