The Official Liquidator, by the present Report seeks the following directions:

"(a) In view of para (3) and (4) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Advocate Kunal Sharma for engaging/availing his services to act, appear and plead before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, on behalf of the Official Liquidator in respect of the Mantri Realty Limited) (In Provisional Liquidation);

(b) In view of paras (5) and (6 b) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of professional fees of Advocate Kunal Sharma towards professional charges subject to deduction of TDS as applicable in respect of above said matter from the funds lying in the credit of the Company (In Provisional Liquidation);"

For the reasons set out in the Official Liquidator's Report, the same is accordingly allowed in terms or prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
