OLR seeks extension of time by 12 weeks to file the investigation report which was directed to be filed within a period of 6 weeks by order of 3rd March 2025.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator submits that Official Liquidator had issued notices to all concerned and has fixed the meeting, however, the Ex-Directors have not attended the meetings by reason of which the necessary report could not be submitted.

The OLR states that joint meeting was fixed on 2nd April 2025 with the Ex-Directors, Secured Creditors and the Petitioner, however, Patil-SR 1 of

31 Olr-32-2025.doc except Petitioners, none attended the meeting. It is further stated that an email was received by the Official Liquidator on 2nd April 2025 from the Ex-Director stating that he is not in Mumbai due to prescheduled meeting. 4.

It appears that only one meeting was called. Let the Official Liquidator schedule another meeting within two weeks and give appropriate notice to the Ex-Directors, secured creditors and the Petitioners.

The OLR is allowed by extending the time to file investigation report by 12 weeks from today.
