The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions:- "a) In view of para (5) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to ratify the action of Official Liquidator of appointment of M/s. R. I. Jain & Co. Chartered Accountant in place of M/s. Niteen D. Kshirsagar & Co. Chartered Accountant for the purpose of scrutinizing/adjudication of such claims filed by the workers/creditors and prepared a list to be filed with Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Hon'ble Court; b) In view of para (10) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay of Rs.19,470/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy only) to M/s. R. I. Jain & Co., Chartered Accountant towards their professional charges subject to deduction of TDS out of the funds lying to the credit of the company (In Liqn.)."

Learned counsel appearing for Official Liquidator submits that the erstwhile Chartered Accountant had expired and was substituted by M/s. R. I. Jain & Co. She submits that professional charges remain the same and were paid by the Official liquidator. 3.
