The OLR seeks following directions :

"a) In view of the Para 18 above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint Chartered Accountant from the Panel maintained by Official Liquidator for the purpose of scrutinizing/adjudicating and preparation of the list of claims to be admitted/rejected in respect of the company (In Liqn.) b) If prayer (a) above is in affirmative, Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay the professional fees of Chartered Accountant out of fund available to the credit of the company (In Liqn.) as per scale of fees decided by this Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 26.04.2023 passed on OLR No.51 of 2023."

The services of Chartered Accountant are necessitated for the purpose of scrutinizing the claims to be admitted or rejected in respect of the Company under liquidation.

In the light of above, OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
