The Official Liquidator, by way of the captioned report, seeks the following directions:

"a) In view of the submission made in paragraph (7) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator for valuation of the said 6 (six) containers mentioned in the table at para (6) of this report lying in the premises of the Company (In Liquidation) situated at Survey No.199/1-P, Anjar Mundra Road, Village-Bhuvad, Taluka-Anjar, Kutch, Gujarat;

b) In view of the submission made in paragraph (9) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment to the said valuer towards the professional fees for Vaibhav

2/2 11-OLR-41-2025 (OS).DOC valuation of said 6 (six) containers out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) after deducting applicable taxes;" 2.

Heard Mr. Sheth, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has invited th December 2024, by which the Official my attention to the order dated 5 Liquidator was permitted to publish notices in the "Free Press Journal" (English), "Navshakti" (Marathi) and "Gujarat Samachar" (Gujarati). He submits that the notices were issued to ascertain whether the containers in question, of which valuation is now sought, belong to the company in liquidation or whether any third party was claimed ownership of the same. He further submitted that pursuant to the notices, no one came forward to claim ownership and it is thus that the valuation of the same is sought for. 3.

Having due regard to the submissions made, I am of the view that the Official Liquidator's Report would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), extracted above. 4.
