The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions. (a) In view of para (5) and (6) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Advocate Rahul Kumar for engaging/availing his services to act, appear and plead before the Additional Directorate of Enforcement Directorate (E.D.), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi on behalf of the Official Liquidator in respect of the Loop Mobile (India) Limited (In Liquidation); (b) In view of paras (7) and (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of Rs.66,000/- (as mentioned in tabular data of para 6 supra) towards professional charges for Appearance before the sa_mandawgad 1 of

31 olr 42-25 Additional Director of Enforcement Directorate (ED) on 09.02.2024, 26.02.2024, 23.07.2024 and 13.08.2024 subject to deduction of TDS as applicable and further professional bills as and when will be received from the funds that are available in the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) ; And (c) For such other and further directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

The services of the concerned Advocate was availed for the purpose of appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator before the Additional Directorate of Enforcement Directorate (E.D.), New Delhi. 3.

Considering that the professional services were availed by the Official Liquidator, the OLR is allowed in terms of the prayer Clauses (a) and (b).
