The OLR seeks the following direction:

"(a) In view of para (9) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a valuer from the panel of the Official Liquidator for preparing inventory and conducting valuation of immovable property of the company (In Liqn.) situated at C-108 Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, Pawane MIDC, Navi Mumbai - 400 705 and also permit Official Liquidator to pay the fees of valuer out of sale proceeds of Company (In Liqn)."

The Official Liquidator has taken possession of the Shubham 1 of

17-OLR-50-2025.doc immovable property which is situated at C-108, Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area, Pawane, MIDC Navi Mumbai and it is proposed to value the said property so that further steps can be taken towards sale of the same.

Mr Carvalho would submit that the valuer would be appointed from the panel of the Official Liquidator for preparing inventory and conducting valuation of the immovable property. As the valuation is required to be conducted prior to the sale, OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the fees of the valuer out of the sale proceeds Company in Liquidation. 4.

OLR stands allowed in the above terms.
