The OLR is seeking following directions :

a. In view of para (6 & 7) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass necessary orders and direct the Official Liquidator regarding payment to the panel Chartered Accountant S. M. Pradhan & Co. for the bill no 110/2425/OL2 dated 30/12/2024 for adjudication of claims pertaining to Government claims at Rs. 5000 and other creditors Rs. 1000 per claim as per revised rates mentioned in table A.

b. In view of para (8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay all the further payment to the panel Chartered Accountant S.M. Pradhan & Co. as and when bill are received after completion of the assignemnt as per the revised rates.

c. For such other and further directions as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper.

Mr. Hariani pointed out to the tax invoice which has been raised by the Chartered Accountant at Page No.25.

The OLR seeks payment of the professional charges to the panel Chartered Accountant in accordance with the revised professional fees as fixed by the office of the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator is permitted to make payment in accordance with the tax invoice which has been raised.
