The Official Liquidator has by way of the captioned report, sought the following directions :- (a) (a) In view of para (7) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official 1/3

Liquidator to appoint a panel valuer for valuation of the said Flat no. D-1302 belonging to the Company (In Liquidation) situated at "Mantri Premero", Doddkannelli Village, Sarjapur Road, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore East;

(b) If prayer clause (a) above is in affirmative and in view of para (8) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment to the said valuer towards the professional fees for valuation of the said flat, out of the funds available to the credit of the Company (In Liquidation) after deduction of applicable taxes, if any;

Heard Mr.Sheth for the Official Liquidator. He has invited my attention to the order dated 1st August, 2025 (Sharmila U. Deshmukh, J.), which was passed in Company Application No.193 of 2019 by which the Official Liquidator was granted liberty to file an appropriate Official Liquidator Report for selling the concerned flat by way of public auction. Mr.Sheth submits that the present Official Liquidator Report has been filed in furtherance of the said liberty. Having heard Mr.Sheth and 2/3

having perused the Official Liquidator Report, in my view that the same would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b).
