The captioned Official Liquidator Report seeks the following directions from this Court:

(a) In view of para (5) of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing Shri S. R. Sundar, advocates to attend the matter on behalf of Official Liquidator, Mumbai before Hon'ble High Court of Madras (b) In view of para (6) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of professional fees to Shri S. R. Sundar, Advocate for a sum of Rs. 1,66,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Six Thousand only) out of funds of the Company (In Liqn.) subject to deduction of TDS and other applicable taxes, if any."
