The present Official Liquidator's Report seeks leave of this Court to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of an amount of Rs.31,95,150/- to one Mihir Enterprises and an amount of Rs.81,09,845/- to one A. R. J. Kadbal from the common pool fund account maintained by the Official Liquidator. The payments are stated to have been made for the purpose of carrying out certain demolition were pursuant to an order of this st August 2024.

However, to enable the Official Liquidator to place this on record that, the rates are as per the usual schedule of rates of the cooperation, time is granted.
