The captioned Official Liquidator Report seeks the following directions from this Court:
a) In view of para (3) and (4) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make a payment of bill No. AD/00002472/19-20 dated 19.08.2019 of Rs.42,638/- (Rupees Fourty Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Eight Only) of M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd from Common Pool Fund of Official Liquidator subject to deduction of TDS at prevailing rate;
b) In view of para (5) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be please to ratify the action of Official Liquidator i.e. to publish the Corrigendum dated 30.08.2019 in "The Free Press Journal" (In English) and "Navshakti" (In Marathi) news papers on 01.09.2019 through M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd (Advertising Agency) and may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make a payment of bill No. AD/0002775/19-20 dated 03.09.2019 of Rs.8,291/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One Only) of M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd from Common Pool Fund of
2/3 Official Liquidator. subject to deduction of TDS at prevailing rate; c) In view of para (7) above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be please to ratify the action of Official Liquidator i.e. to publish the Notice dated 21.11.2019 in "The Free Press Journal" (In English) and "Navshakti" (In Marathi) news papers on 22.11.2019 through M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd (Advertising Agency) and may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make a payment of bill No. AD/0004492/19-20 dated 22.11.2019 of Rs.23,688/- (Rupees Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight Only) of M/s. Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd from Common Pool Fund of Official Liquidator. subject to deduction of TDS at prevailing rate; Ms Thipsay learned counsel for the Official Liquidator points out that this Court had vide order dated 7 th August 2019 passed in OLR NO.196 of 2019 granted the following reliefs:
"(a) In view of para 7 above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be please to permit the Official Liquidator to invite applications for empaneling the new security agencies by publishing an advertisement in the newspapers i.e. "Free Press Journal" (In English), "Navshakti" (In Marathi) and permit the Official Liquidator to conduct revision of panel Security Agencies on yearly basis.
(b) In view of para 5 & 8 above, whether this Hon'ble Court may be please to approve the Terms & Conditions prepared by the Official Liquidator;" Ms Thipsay submits that pursuant to the said order dated 7 th August 2019 the Officiail Liquidator published the notice through advertising agency appointed M/s Admire Publicity Pvt Ltd, who has raised their bills for work done. She submits that these invoices are annexed to the Official Liquidator's Report which have been duly verified by the Official Liquidator. She submits that these invoices are in order and commensurate the work that has been done. Given this, having perused the Official Liquidator's Report, I find that the same would have to be allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
