The Official Liquidators Report seeks the following directions: "a) In view of paragraph (6) supra, whether this Honble Court may be pleased to confirm the sale in favour of Badruddin Janmohammad being highest bidder for his bid of Rs.1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand Only) parked at Porrvorim Durga Motors Behind Kadamba Depot, Goa.
b) In view of paragraph (7) supra, if the sale is confirmed in favour of Badruddin Janmohammad Khan, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to handover the possession of one bus bearing registration no. MH-04-G-5157 parked at Porrvorim Durga Motors Behind Kadamba Depot, Goa within 30 days after receipt of balance Kiran Kawre
2/2 925-OLR-95-2025 (OS).DOC consideration as prescribed in terms and condition, as approved by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.08.2025 in OLR No.62 of 2024;" 2.
Ms. Agarwal invites my attention to the order dated 7 th August 2025 by which this Court fixed the reserve price at Rs. 1,25,000/-. She submits that two valid bills have been received in respect of the said bus. One is for Rs.1,75,000/- and the other is Rs.1,65,000/- both have been accompanied with the 25% EMD. It is in this backdrop, she today prays for directions for confirmation to the higher bidder. Having due regard to the submissions made and given the fact that the bids that have been submitted are well in excess for the reserve price. In my view, there is no impediment in accepting the bid of the highest bidder, namely, Mr. Badruddin Janmohammad for the amount of Rs.1,75,000/-. 3.
Hence, Official Liquidators Report is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) & (b).
