The present Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following reliefs: "a) In view of above paras, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to avail services of Senseware Informedia Pvt. Ltd. to design, develop and maintain of software for (i)Re-Design and Development of Inward Documents Management System, (ii) Digital Signage and Tickers System (Cloud based), (iii) Bills Tracking online (Cloud based), (iv) Target management software and dividend Declaration software (Cloud based), (v) Dispatch register (cloud based) for the Office of Official Liquidator as per the overall Project Proposal at Exhibit "A". with scope for further

2/3 improvement as may be necessary at the design and development stages of the software;

b) If prayer (a) in respect of Digital Signage and Ticker Sysem (Cloud based) is in affirmative whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to purchase (i) Wide Screen Commercial Display Screen, (ii) Wall mounting accessories and (iii) mini media player and pay the vendor the cost and charges thereof including GST from the Common Pool Fund (Office Expenses Account) maintained by the Official Liquidator: c) If prayer (a) in respect of other matters are in affirmative, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay one time consolidated total project cost of Rs.7,13,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Thirteen Thousand Only) and yearly maintenance cost of project Rs. 1,32,000/- (Rupees One Lac Thirty Two Thousand Only) plus GST and yearly Cloud Hosting charges of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) from Common Pool Fund (Office Expenses Account) maintained by the Official Liquidator to M/s. Senseware Informedia Pvt. Ltd.;" 2.

Having heard Mr. Sheth, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. I am of the view that the Report deserves to be allowed. 3.

Mr. Sheth has pointed out that the endeavour of the Official Liquidator is to now digitize and modernize the functioning of the Official Liquidator's Office. He points out that the Official Liquidator is currently administering the winding-up of 1,007 Companies. He submits that these steps of the Official Liquidator in more efficient functioning as also assist all Stakeholders who

3/3 would then not have to visit the Liquidator's Office periodically but would have access to online/digital information regarding the status of the various companies in liquidation as also their respective claims. 4.

Having heard Mr. Sheth, I am satisfied that the steps now proposed by way of the present Official Liquidator's Report are much needed, hence, the Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c). (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.)
