The Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions: "(a) In view of averments made in paragraph (6) of the present report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to peruse the Valuation Report of the said 3 cars Honda Civic - MH-14-BC-9016 (Petrol), Tata Nano - MH-14-FU8668 (Petrol), and Tata Indica Vista -MH-14-DT-9831 (Diesel) and fix the Reserve Price, Earnest Money Deposit and permit the Official Liquidator to sell the said cars through e-auction agent, PSB Alliance Private Limited; (b) In view of averments made in paragraph (8) of the present report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make one more attempt by public auction through e-auction by the auctioneer agency namely PSB Alliance Private Limited as mentioned in paragraph (7) Kiran Kawre
2/2 10-OLR-118-2025 (OS).DOC of the present report and place further report before this Hon'ble Court for confirmation of the highest bidder in e-action; (c) In view of averments made in paragraph (9) of the present report, this Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to approve draft "Sale Notice" and draft "Terms and Conditions of Sale", which are annexed hereto as Exhibit- "C" and "C1" respectively and permit the Official Liquidator to upload such approved "Sale Notice" on the website of this Hon'ble High Court, Bombay, Ministry of Corporate Affairs e-auction and agent's website https://baanknet.com (d) In view of averments made in paragraph (10) of the present report, this Hon'ble Court may also be pleased to dispense with the requirements of publication in newspapers;"

Heard Ms. Agrawal, learned counse for the Official Liquidator. She points out that a previous attempt for sale of the said vehicles has failed, as the offers received were very low. She thus submits that the Official Liquidator seeks one further attempt to sell the said vehicles.

The Official Liquidator's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d).

The reserve price is fixed in respect of the vehicles as follows: (i) Honda Civic bearing No. MH-14-BC-9016; (Petrol) - Rs.40,000/- (ii) Tata Nano bearing No. MH-12-FU-8668 (Petrol) - Rs.10,000/- (iii) Tata Indica Vista bearing No. MH-14-DT-9831 (Diesel) 30,000/- 5.
The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) shall be 25% of the reserve price. 6.
