2/2 12-OLR-139-2025 (OS).doc consideration as confirm by this Hon'ble Court from the successful bidder;
Heard Mr. Hariani learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. Mr. Hariani points out that pursuant to an order dated 14 th November 2025 the Official Liquidator had published the sale of the movable assets of the company in liquidation. He submits that the reserve price fixed by the Court was a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- and pursuant to the sale notice the official liquidator has received a bid from one prospective buyer who had deposited the EMD of Rs.50,000/-. Mr. Hariani points out that the bid received was in an amount of Rs.2,05,000/- which is high up than the reserved price. Given that, on the previous occasion I have also observed that the moveables which were being sold are largely in the nature of scrap. I find no reason why the bid reserved from ARSYS should not be accepted, the same is above the reserved price. Hence the report is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is already reproduced above. The Official Liquidator Report is accordingly disposed of. [ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.] Meera Jadhav
