The captioned Official Liquidator Report seeks the following directions from this Court:

"a) In view of paras (6 and 8) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of Rs.1,41,124/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty One Thousand One Hundred Twenty Four only) towards advertisement charges after deduction of applicable taxes to panel advertising agency viz. Admire Publicity Private Limited;"

Ms Thipsay submits that pursuant to the orders passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,41,124/- has been received by Meera Jadhav

2/2 11-OLR146-25.DOC the Official Liquidator and all that is sought, is for disbursement towards advertisement charges after deduction of applicable taxes. A bill of the advertising agency namely Admire Publicity Ltd., which supports such payment, is annexed to the Official Liquidator Report, which have been duly verified by the Official Liquidator. She submits that the bill is in order and commensurate the work that has been done.

Given this, having perused the Official Liquidator's Report, I find that the same would have to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Official Liquidator Report is accordingly disposed of. [ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.] Meera Jadhav
