The captioned Official Liquidator's Report seeks the following directions from this Court (a):
(a) Whether in view of para. (17) above, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that the aforesaid company viz., Pailton Engineering India Private Limited (In Vol. Liqn.) be treated as dissolved from the date of submission of this report to this Hon'ble Court in terms of provisions of section 497(6) of Companies Act, 1956;
Heard, Mr. Sheth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator, who has taken me through the contention of the report to point out that by a letter dated 7 th November 2025, the Official Liquidator has communicated the said order dated 7 th November 2025, to Mr. Sushant L Yardi Meera Jadhav
2/2 12-OLR-155-25.DOC (voluntary Liquidator) and called upon him to submit certain documents. The report sets out that Mr. Yardi vide his letter dated 9 th December 2025 has complied with the requisitions of the Official Liquidator. Mr. Sheth additionally points out that both the ROC as also the Income Tax Authorities have accorded their no objection to the voluntary liquidation of the company. In view thereof and also having perused the Liquidator's report, there is no reason why the same ought not to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) as the requisite statutory compliance has been met. Hence the Official Liquidator's Report is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which is already reproduced above.
