The captioned Official Liquidator Report seeks the following directions from this Court:

"a) In view of paras 5 to 7 of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to modify it's order dated 01/03/2024 and permit the OL to pay an additional amount of Rs. 3,404 to the 933 workmen covered under the Certified and 2nd Supplementary List b) In view of paras 5 to 7 of this report, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the OL to transfer an amount of Rs. 3,404 from the said Company's Account to the Dividend Account No.0062002100157268 opened with Punjab National Bank." Heard Mr. Sheth, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator who Meera Jadhav

2/2 12-OLR157-25.DOC submits that pursuant to the previous orders passed this Court had permitted the Official Liquidator to pay certain amounts to the workmen and other creditors. He submits that in doing so a account was opened and the amounts were accordingly remitted. However, there was a shortfall of an amount of Rs.3,404/- which was payble to the 933 workmen covered under the certified and second supplementary list. He submits that this shortfall was on account of inadvertance as explained in the Official Liquidator Report. It is thus and to rectify this shortfall, the Official Liquidator is seeking the aforesaid directions. Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the Official Liquidator Report, I find that the same would have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Official Liquidator Report is accordingly disposed of. [ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.] Meera Jadhav
