Since what is sought for by way of this Official Liquidator's Report which is for directions to sale plot nos. C-108 and C-108/1 situte at TTC Industrial Area, Pawane MIDC, Navi Mumbai-400705, by way of one lot and the Court today have the benefit of two independent valuation reports. It would be useful to obtain valuation report of both plots to be offered for sale as one plot. The Official Liquidator shall therefore obtain a valuation report on the basis of both the plots being sold as one. The valuer appointed Amol Shetgiri & Associates is Meera Jadhav
