By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated April 3, 2025 to correct the error. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed.

In Paragraph No. 4 Clause (A) the name of Sole Arbitrator "Mr. Siddhesh Bhole" needs to be replaced with the name of "Mr. S.C. Gupte, Retired Judge of High Court, Bombay".
