1) This is an Application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Arbitration Act) seeking appointment of Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes and differences between the parties arising out of the Loan Agreement.

2) It appears that the Respondent No.1 had made an approach for settlement of the Loan Account and accordingly, the Applicant had withdrawn the application on 17 April 2025. The Application has been restored by way of a separate order passed today. Instead of permitting the Applicant to prosecute the present Application, it would be appropriate to permit the Applicant to file a fresh Application by bringing on record the subsequent events.

3) Arbitration Application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration Act.
