The learned counsel for the Applicant has tendered Affidavit of Service to reflect that the notice is served upon the Respondent via Email and it is duly received by the Respondent as well as its Advocate. The Affidavit of Service is taken on record. Despite the serice of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of the Respondent and since the Application is filed seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service Agreement dated 21/10/2022, issue notice to the Respondent, by making it returnable on 12/12/2025. In addition to court notice, notice is permitted to be served through private mode of service.
