DATED : 21st NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C:- A praecipe has been filed by the learned counsel for the Applicant for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 20th November, 2025. By order dated 20/11/2025, Ms. Neeta Jain was appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes and differences that have arisen between the parties. However, Ms. Neeta Jain has forwarded an email communication stating that Advocate Bhuvan Singh, who has appeared for the respondent in the matter, is her chamber colleague, and therefore, she has expressed inability to work as an Arbitrator. In view of the above email communication, appointment of Ms. Neeta Jain is substituted with the appointment of Mr. Shadab Jan. The order stands corrected accordingly. The praecipe stands disposed off.
