Mr. Carlvalho, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of Compliance in pursuance of order dated 18 December 2025 which is taken on record. Perusal of the Affidavit indicates that though notices are published in Free Press Journal and Navashakti, the same are not published in any newspapers in Nashik. Accordingly, Applicant shall publish notice of the present proceedings in two newspapers in English and Marathi languages having sufficient circulation in Nashik.

The Registry shall issue notices for paper publications indicating the returnable date as 17 February 2026.
