Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of order dated 13 January 2026.

When the Application was decided on 13 January 2026 this Court was not made aware of the position that the substitution applied for was in respect of a Co-Arbitrator and not the sole Arbitrator. Now the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant clarifies that the substitution is warranted of a Co-Arbitrator. Accordingly, the words 'sole Arbitrator' appearing in paragraphs 2, 3A 3B and 3C be replaced by the words 'Co-Arbitrator'. Paragraphs 3D and 3E shall stand deleted from the order.

The order dated 13 January 2026 be corrected and read accordingly.
