Learned Advocate for the Petitioners in both the Petitions tenders across the bar an order dated February 04, 2026, passed by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal which modifies the mechanism for implementation of the Interim Order dated December 16, 2024, that had been passed in aid of the arbitral proceedings, as a preservative measure for the subject matter of the arbitration agreement. 3.
Paragraph 7 of the said order dated February 04, 2026, is also said to have been complied with as of yesterday. The order passed by the Learned Arbitral Tribunal on February 04, 2026 is marked "X" for identification and is taken on record.
4.
In view of the aforesaid statement, Learned Advocate to the Petitioner fairly states that nothing would survive in both the captioned petitions and the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petitions are disposed of as infructuous.
5.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
