Ms. Adhikari, learned Counsel appears for the Applicant and mentions the matter submitting that although this Court had on 25th September, 2025 directed to obtain registered number to the Interim Application, however, the Interim Application had already been transferred to the City Civil Court and therefore, it was not possible to obtain registered number to the Interim Application here. Ms. Adhikari however, submits that this Court has also directed that the Contempt Petition also be registered and that has been done. 3.
